MLA Student Progress Survey
Each spring semester students will be asked to complete a student progress survey, completion of the survey is necessary for fall semester registration.
Each progress survey will be reviewed by the DGS Assistant. Students who do not meet the University’s performance standards will be flagged and referred to the DGS. Students who are informed that they are not making adequate academic progress will meet with the DGS and as part of this meeting will be required to submit a portfolio and an action plan for successful degree completion.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We recommend finding a time when you can complete it in its entirety. However, if you are unable to do so, you will be able to save it and return to it, a link will be emailed to you. To complete the survey, you will need course and grade information, it may be helpful to gather that information prior to beginning the survey.
